Trade discipline and Antony Stark present on-site
Construction proceeds with Antony Stark on-site every single day leading trade carpenters and supervising licensed subcontractors. You receive structured weekly photo updates, direct phone access to Antony, and scheduled site walkthroughs at key milestones (slab, frame, lockup and fix).

Quality Audit, Handover & Warranty
Flawless finish and ongoing peace of mind
Before you receive your keys, Antony conducts a thorough multi-point pre-handover defect audit. We walk through every detail together, providing complete appliance manuals, trade warranty certificates, maintenance guides, and ongoing reassurance through the QBCC statutory structural warranty.
